Request processing failed (XLS 000009) after Migration from SAP BW 7.01 to 7.3

Hello together,

after migration BW form 7.01 to 7.3 the Dashboards with BICS Connections dont work (working only sometimes and slowly).

I am not sure, if the BW-Migration is the reason, but bevor the BICS Connections works fine.

UNV-Universes on the same Bex Queries are working. Only problems with BICS.

Has anybody the same issue and/or a solution? ( Maybe SP5 is necessary )

Dashboard Version: BO 4.0 SP4 FP2.
