Hello all,

I got this message by trying to save a sales order with an internal order created for the company code A,  the plant in the sales order belongs to a company code B, however,

   so i get the error

Order 1001999 is not assigned to CO area 0601

I can't change the structure, so,

Is there any way to avoid this message??  I don't want to desactivate it so needs to be active for others companies

regards

Hi,

That means there is no order in that controlling Area, so when u are create orders, just set controlling area, create new order, in that screen go to environment and click on set co area and select your controlling area and create.

hope this helps you and let me know if any queries.

Regards,

Puri.

Thaks for your quick response,

   The thing is,

- the controllng area is asigned to a company code where the plant of sales oder belongs.

i.e:  Plant: 1000 belonges to a company 1000

The compnay code belongs to a 1000 controling area.

however, the internal order must be created for the compnay code 2000

So, the system makes the rigth check, as the order is created for 2000 and i want to post it in a sales order created for the different code 1000.

As the my customer needs to keep this structure (not change  the internal order, or controlling areas), the only solution is find  a way to avoid this check.

thanks in advance for your advice.
