Error in PP settlement rule.

Dear All ,

While doing Order Settlement CO88 I am getting error "Complete PA transfer structure Z1" for some of the Process Order and some are ok.

FI consultant said that there is no problem at there end as PA structure is defined.

As per as I have investigated I have found the settlement variant is not appearing for the Order which is getting the error.

And Settlement variant is there where the order is ok.

Can anyone please tell me what could be the reason.

Dear,

I hope error message is KD514. Please follow the steps given in error message Diagnosis.

Please check settlement profile assign to you order type.

A settlement profile must be defined in the sender, and in the settlement profile, the 'Variances' field must be marked.

Please execute report RKSRULE3 for all orders with this settlement profile. The report looks up the settlement profile entered in the order for the specified orders, and enters a PA settlement structure in the settlement parameters of the order.

Also search OSS note like 35507 for same error message

Hi,

Please check properly if PA transfer structure Z1 is defined properly.

Check Transaction KEI2.

The error was in different setting and found it out.
