Crystal report printing error for HP Inkjet Printer

Hi Experts,

I am using SAP Business One 8.82 Pl 04.

When I am trying to print crystal report, it does not print well on HP printer, it shows irrelevant characters on print.

But it prints well on Dotmatrix printer.

But if I export the report to pdf and then try to give print by opening a file by Acrobat Reader, then it prints well.

What should I do?
