SAP Portal logoff errors

Dear Portal guru:

We have 3 portals in site.2 of them does good to log-off back to our customized log-off page. But the other one cannot do the same, instead it will show

401   Unauthorized
		SAP NetWeaver Application Server

  Error: Unauthorized

  SAP Technology Troubleshooting Guide

Other explanation to this problem is we have customized html page to redirect. We set the ume.logoff.redirect.silent= true and leave ume.logoff.redirect.url to blank. In this situation, we get error 401. But if we set ume.logoff.redirect.silent= false , and leave ume.logoff.redirect.url to blank. It works fine. What these two properties really matter and does they influence each other? Thanks

Thank you Jun! I already checked this link. I think my problem is related to the KM permission to Anonymous group because we put the logoff.html file in that folder and cannot authorize to read it. Is there any document I can refer in KM content authorization to Anonymous Group? Thanks.

The other problem is how can I upload a zip.folder to portal KM content and unzip it? I cannot directly upload it to KM documents?

Thank you Fabian, my problem looks now is I missed one folder in the KM content. How can I directly upload the folder to KM content instead of zip one.If I have to upload the zip one how can I unzip this folder? The file extension of zip or ZIP has different to the folder showing on the KM documents?
