Assignment to feature CP1GP did not take place

Hi All,

I am trying to create the IT 0758 records using PECM_CREATE_0758 and i selected the Org. Units and Earliest Begin Date is Hire Date and then i executed it and i am getting the error message : "Assignment to feature CP1GP did not take place"

I am not sure really what is this, could some one please help to fix this issue.
