Crystal reports 4 Enterprise - "The viewer could not process an event. Unexpected database connector error [CRC00000164] --- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"

Dear all,

BO SP4 FP3

I have created a report with crystal reports 4 Enterprise. I created it using a connection available in the CMC connection that works fine for webi reports of the server

From the crystal report client I am able to see the results, but when I save it in the server and execute it from the web browser I get:

"The viewer could not process an event.  Unexpected database connector error [CRC00000164] --- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"

I dont know if it is related, but ,

If I create a report with crystal reports 2011, chosing a unv as source, in the same server the error I get is:

The viewer could not process an event, the database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect - Error code:0 [CRWEB000000119]

Could someone tell me specially for the version 4 Enterprise, why is not connecting?

The DNS of the server is updated.

For the report created in Crystal 2011, when you publish it, you need to go to the CMC and set the database logon in order for the report to run correctly.

I can't really help with the Crystal for Enterprise issue - I haven't used it and I really dislike creating Crystal reports on a universe as I can usually write much more efficient SQL in a command than anything that comes out of a universe.
