delta update 2LIS_03_BF Function Module Not Found

I am doing delta update for datasource 2LIS_03_BF and it gave me an error "Function module "/BI0/QI2LIS_03_BF0003" not found." The same error that is displayed when running the Extract Checker and RSA7. I really don't know what went wrong since the delta was working before. The datasource works fine if done in Full Upload. I hope you can assist me. Thanks in advance
