Additional DB instance on same HANA Host

Dear Experts,

Currently we have installed one DB Instance (e.g. ABC) on HANA Server (Single Host) which is connected to Qlik and been used for reporting purpose.

Since this is a test box, we would like to install one more additional DB instance (e.g. XYZ) on same HANA host which we would like to use for test SAP ECC 6 migration and need expert advice on the same

1) Do we require to request a new License from SMP for this new DB instance (XYZ) also?

2) Since the box been earlier provisioned for reporting DB purpose only so installing a test DB instance for Business suite (ECC 6) application, will it be supported?

Any other constraints or restrictions which need to be taken care in above scenario?

Hello Experts,

One more question in addition to above:

3) Since we require to increase RAM on this HANA host to cater for additional ECC DB instance, do we require to request new license for existing DB instance ABC as the RAM allocation on this server has increased?
