BODS - SFTP Data Transfer

Is there a detailed documentation on how to use SFTP with BODS ?

Also I have a question regarding the concept of working directory in data transfer methods in BODS. Is it just a normal folder in the SAP server ? How do I define the working directory ? Should I create a folder in SAP for storing the data and then I put its path in the data store settings as working directory, that's it ?
