how to create own page format in smartforms immmedia

hai gurus,

normally sap support din3, din4 page format

but i want create own page format

because of here our client maintained invoice stationary

the stationary length is 303 mm

sap-din4 size 297 mm

when ever i take second page printout the data printed wrongly

Murali,

You can define your own Page Format. This is done in transaction SPAD. Click on the "Full Administration" button and then select the "Device Types" tab (make sure you are in Edit mode). You will see the 4th option is for "Page Format". Click on this button and create your own Page Format here (enter the page dimensions). Now once you have done this you need to assign this new Page Format to your Device Type, so when you have saved your Page Format, go back to the "Device Types" tab and select the "Device Types" button. Choose your Device Type and click on the "Formats" button. Now add in your new Page Format here.

Hi,

I am not sure whether we can create our own page format.But we can create our own styles[so that we can reduce the font size].

While setting page format in output options,I am able to see

Format Orientation Width

ANY L 999

and many other formats in Portrait Orientation.

i heard about regarding chage page format through spool administrator. do u have any idea about spool admini

but iam not sure whether chage page format or not.

By the way,have you checked the page format '<b>ANY</b>' which I mentioned in my earlier reply.While setting page format in output options in F4 help,you can find many page formats having width more than 303.

WHEN EVER I SELECT THE ANY PAGE FORMAT IT WIIL TAKE PER PAGE 999 MM IT WILL BE PROBLEN IN SECOND PAGE

I WANT ONLY 303MM IS THERE ANY OPTION TO CREATE THE OWN(303 MM) PAGE FORMAT

IF IT POSSIBLE CAN U CRATE OWN PAGE FORMAT THROGH BASIS ADMIN OR DEVELOPERS
