Dear All
We have a samrtform to print Sales invoice.
In Print Preview screen, We need print option is to be enabled.
However, it appears for certain user and it is not for some other users.
Where we are missing.

it will the problem with user specification . Contact your basis team and clarify user profile is assigned with the print option.

Have you checked whether those users or defaulted with Same Output device as the people who are getting Print option. Check in SU01 Defaults Tab. Hope this helps
