where can I customize case sensitivity for the search criteria?

Hello Leyla,

May you please elaborate on which fields are case sensitive? Because most of the time SAP CRM searches are not case sensitive. For example: when you search for a business partner using address fields, you can use city = "Paris" or "PARIS" you'll get the same results.

Sometimes the problem is elsewhere: SAP is using index fields which store the data entered by the user in upper case. But those fields are 25 caracters long, whereas the other fields are up to 40 caracters long... Hence the result list is not always 100% correct. Check out this note:

So knowing which fields you are taking about, and for which CRM application, is important to help you in the most efficient way.
