issue in Plant maintenance

Iam working on reports in PM module.Iam new to this module.Iam doing a report on EQUIPMENT cost analysis.Can anyone tell me how to calculate the actual costs of each equipments.

Also i have to display actual cost by Yeartodate/hr,month/hr.

Can anybody suggest from which table i can calculate the actual cost by hourly.i found some information in S061 table.
