I am facing an Issue in creating a follow up process document for the transactions which are saved with errors in Upgraded CRM EHP2 System, When I am working with my old version (CRM7 EHP0) we can create this followup document even transaction saved with errors. we did technical upgrade and we didn't touched any configurations.
I have gone through the some of the SCN threads http://scn.sap.com/thread/2044061. http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/EN which are contradicting this kind of possibility from standard CRM. if that is the case how this functionality activated in upgraded System with out doing any configuration change. please guide me how to investigate this kind of scenarios.
