Asset class balance report and the Asset APC GL account not matching

Hi all

Asset class balance report and the Asset APC GL account not matching , It shows difference from year 2010

Show balances in abst2 , Can i run askb anytine ?

Also showing error when i do ASKB in test run

Internal error in item 0000000000: asset row is not complete

Message no. AAPO191

Please advice
