SAP support -



I am new to SAP BI and i was involved in an implmentation project and we had SAP BI content 7.46 installed and we had faced lot of issues with the BI content and hence i had raised so many messages to SAP. For most of the message SAP had accepted that this is a bug and they have remotely logged into my developemnt system and have fixed the issue. Now suddenly i have received a invoice for the same!!! SAP never told me that the messages are consulting in nature, suddenly i have received the bill and i wish to know if this is the way the SAP support works. I am just trying to understand if these bills are common in every project or is it unique in my case. Being a fresher i am trying to understand how the things are working in SAP
