Header and multiple line item fields not reflecting in ESS portal in ehp6

Dear experts,

We have upgraded to from ehp4 to ehp6 where we are using Claims & reimbursement. In ehp6 environment I am not able to see the header level standard and customization fields inspite of the configuration in SPRO which are very much visible in the EHP4 environment.

Kindly suggest is there any setting or note to be done to make those changes effective in the ehp6 portal.

Note: We have also used BADI for the claims and reimbursement which are working fine in the new environment only the functional configurations related to the header and multiple line items are not reflecting.

Pls give some suggestions.

Hi ,

U need to change only the application Type to WDY Java.

The complete package of Claims in ESS in WDY ABAP in EHP6 is not available. It will be released soon.

Dear Puneet,

Check the Iview of your components whether they are in either Web dynpro ABAP or Web dynpro JAVA in Ehp 6.

In EhP6 we will have both Java and ABAP Stack. Pls use Web dynpro Java stack Iviews instead on ABAP.

This solved the issue for us.

Do i have to change only Application Type as WDJ Webdynpro Java only or Application Name also ?

in EHP6, this Claims applications are not released completely based on WDABAP.

We have to use the WDJAVA claims applications.
