Dear Experts,
My issue is something very strange. Agg of Chapter VI is not coming on payslip. 2 hours back when the user checked for the same, it was coming, and also asked me to check for the same. After my confirmation, the user was convinced. But now, when again the user and me were checking for the same, the Agg of Chapter VI part, and the Form 16 details are vanished. It sounds strange, but it has happened. There are no configuration changes, neither any basis changes been done. Also, I can see that in previous month payslip it is getting displayed.
Kindly help provide me some solution for this as this has become a very crucial and strange situation for us.
