Cross Subtraction In Crystal Report

I Need  help regarding crystal report in this report i have 4 database fields ie page name, start time, End time,error when page error occur date should be subtract with error resolve date i.e for example in that report error is on 10/25/2012  10:56:34AM  and error resolved date is 10/25/2012  11:19:56AM  i want difference of that dates and also subtract the data of that pages dose not have error
i have Attach the following text format of report in that how i do the cross subtraction pls help me
