SAP BO 4.0 Promotion Management Error

Hello Experts,

I am able to logon to the CMC, but I am getting the following error, when I am trying to create a new job in Promotion Management in CMC:

HTTP Status 500

note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/6.0.24 logs.

I have already deployed web apps with Wdeploy and also renamed the Local Host Folder in the Tomcat Directory, but Iam facing the same issue.

Could you please help me in this regard.

What's your software version, Support package, and fix patch level ?   (i.e. BI4.0 SP04 Patch4.6 )

Note 1650566  - Error "HTTP Status 500" when trying to create new job in LCM.

.. seems to suggest redeploying the war files

Please check how-to notes:

• 1634285- How to redeploy content on a default Windows/Tomcat BI 4 installation
• 1608960 - How to deploy war files in BusinessObjects BI 4.x using the wdeploy command line utility

Are you using the  wdeploy tool under start > program > bi platform ?

I checked the FIxed Issues list for Path4.7 - and couldn't find any related LCM correction for your issue https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000813222012E

Thanks a lot for the Reply, I have already done that, but it does not seem to solve my Problem.

Yes, I am using the Wdeploy Tool under Start > programs > BI Platform >Wdeploy.
