Error with LSO Learning Portal

Dear experts.

I have an issue with LSO Learning Portal.

When a learner clicks the button to set the course to completed the following error appears(Image1) :

"Business Server Page (BSP) error
What happened?
Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.
SAP Note

The following error text was processed in the system:

BSP exception: Access to page fdacheck.htm requires HTTPS. HTTPS has not been configured on this server"

I checked the t-code smicm : Attach Image2 and Image3

This occour in the client DEV.
