Goods qty not seen after Process order conformation....

Hi Experts,

I don't rectify why my semi finished goods qty not seen in storage location after confirmation of process order in CORK.

i have completed all phase entry and confirmation.

You should also check in transaction CO1P.

Are you sure that the goods receipt happened? Are you using a control key with automatic goods receipt on the last operation (such as PP03)?

Dear Sir,

I have checked in COGI, QA32 there is no any data shows.

Next when i entered my process order no 70000862 in CO02 it shows this is not a production order.

i cant understand that..

Use tcode COR2 instead of CO02.

Hi Anand,

     Check in COR2.

If you are going with auto goods receipt only the stock will be posted after confirmation (if this is the case check your control key assigned to the last operation in OP00 whether the auto GR checkbox is checked or not).

If you are not using auto GR, go to MB31 give movement type as 101, enter the process order number, storage location to which you want to do the GR > Press enter > check the quanity > Save.

Check the stock in the storage location and revert back

Check COGI entries and also in QA32 whether you have activated  QM for the material with inspection type 04.also check in CO02>Goto> Documented Good moevement> whether with mvt type 101 any entries exist or not.

I hope you are working with Auto GR and not Co Products.In case working with Co Products then,do the GR fromMB31.
