PP & QM ticket is based on ur organization SLA i.e Critical,High,Medium & low

PP Core Tickets :-

1. Not able to set TECO to the production orders? What could be the reasons.

2. How to explode new BOM in the order?

3. Not able to Confirm the production order.

4. Not able to create BOM or routing for raw material?

5.During confirmation components is not coming automatically in confirmation screen need to activate backflush at material level

6.COGI error

7.Planned order is not available in MD04 for MTO scenario?

QM Core tickets :-

1.Inspection types related issue

2.UD & automatic UD related issues

3.All master related issue like catalog,MIC,selected set& code group

4.Inspection plan to lot assignment

All this ticket belong to level L1& L2.There are maximum tickets related to enhancements,user exits,BAPI & BADI which is treat as higher level.

report modification is also treat as higher level.
