statistical WBS and Non-statistical WBS

Hi Experts,

               I was finding more about  the functionality of statistical WBS but I could not find any useful info on the same.Please give me some information on the same or a link .

Also,please let me know the way to convert a statistical WBS to Non-statistical WBS and vice-versa.

Is it possible?

Hit F1 in the check box specified in the post above. You should get the required info.

If you search properly you will find the information in SAP Help itself.

Hi,

   In the control tab of a WBS element in CJ20N,there is an check as Statistical. If you tick mark the Statistical button, then it becomes statistical

Hi Diptadhi,

                  Kindly let me know why we can't settle a statistical WBS?

I am now clear on why and how we use statistical WBS in our businesses.

Also, I can see some WBS where the check box of statistical in in gray mode and in some in editable mode. Why this is happening?

And if I want to define a WBS as statistical then how can I do that (knowing that the check box is in display mode)

Hi,

   Statistical WBS will only be used for reporting purposes. During settlement there is always an FI entry and only Real CO Objects can only be posted during an FI entry.

   Kindly check your Screen Layout for WBS Element in Transaction Code OPUK.
