Hello All,
I have created an activity for a meeting with customer, I have made the following checks in customization for the calendar entry
1) The transaction is marked as relevant for Calendar
2) In Partner Determination Procedure the calendar check is maintained
3) Employees are created under the BP Role BUP003
However when I am trying to open the calendar my colleagues calendar the same is not opening. Attaching a screen shot for your reference, ironically this opens in my quality and development servers but not opening in production
Attaching the first screen shot in Production where the colleagues calendar is not opening I am doing a basic search the names are appearing

I am selecting the partner

Now the calendar for the colleague is not opening there is no name which is getting displayed.

I am now pasting the screen shot of the calendar in my quality server.
Here I am able to see the names

Also when I am opening the colleagues calendar the same is appearing with names and I am able to see the meeting request as well
