Perspectives in sap Hana Modeling

Hi,

Can anybody explain the usage of different perspectives in Sap Hana modeling In Detail especially on LCM and Other .

When i am trying to retrieve Table Data in Data Preview i am able to see only 5000 Rows at a time is there any way to see whole data records at a time.ance
