Hi Experts,
I want to configure the leave quotas based on pro rata calculation.
1) Emp is having CL of 7 days per year.
2) Emp is not entitled for any leave except LOP during probationary period (6 months)
Example:
Emp Date of Joing : 01.01.2012
Emp Date of Confirmation: 01.07.2012
No.of days from DOJ till DOC: 181 Days
Emp Should have CL for this period as: 3.471233 (Rounded to 3 days).
Pls let me know where do we need to configure this to reflect the same in IT-2006.
Note* We are generating the time quotas by using RPTQTA00. Not using PCRs/Schemas.
