Error After Extreme Long Login

Hey guys,

All of a sudden, one of our customers' login to SBO 8.81 PL10 takes extremly long (>10min). Upon login in, he is receiving the following error (unfortunately it's in German but I hope you can figure out the essential part of it):

[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Der Wert NULL kann in die 'logInstanc'-Spalte, 'CUSTOMERDB.dbo.AUSR'-Tabelle nicht eingefügt werden. Die Spalte lässt NULL-Werte nicht zu. Fehler bei INSERT. '' (AUSR)

Something like "[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server] The value NULL cannot be inserted into column 'logInstanc', CUSTOMERDB.dbo.AUSR' table. The column does not allow NULL values. Error at INSERT." (AUSR)

Does anyone happen to know what the point is?

Thansk in advance!

Kind regards,

    Hi Mirjam

The AUSR table is the audit trail table for the OUSR user table and it writes a log file on every user log in, log out, etc. You either have a corruption or an invalid entry in either of the 2 tables. Best is to contact SAP support and let them look at it. You can try running a database check and re-index from SQL Management Studio on a test database and see if it resolves the issue.

    Kind regards
