Meaningless record in Cube

Hi all,

I created a report from 0CSAL_C05 to see the number of quotations and value of the quotation by product(0crm_prod).In the screenshot below, as you see there are two values for a product per crm transaction(0crm_obj_id) which must have been unique.Because, when I go to CRM and check the quotation with the same transaction number 0200305767, I see that there is only 1 product in this quotation and this is shown in the report correctly.Not assigned there is meaningless although it does not show any amount.Note that the number of quotations shows 0 for assigned product and 1 for not assigned product which is also meaningless(It must have been the opposite)

Is there any idea about this case?Thanks a lot.

Hi

Just check whether there are any Start/End routines written. My guess is that a bug in the routine is inserting a duplicate record.

Hello,

Can you check if the same is happning at the PSA level.

If so then the records are coming from source itself.

You will have to apply some correction patch

What do you mean by "some correction patch", could you elaborate a little?
