Basic error with Xcelsius

Hi,

We are facing an error while executiong the xcelsius dashboard. It says Crystal Xcelsius has encountered a problem and needs to close and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We uninstalled the program and reinstalled its still not happening. Do we need to upgrade on something or anything to look for?

Sapanesh is Right Siva as if you don't have the compatible version of office then also it gives error. Also Office 2013 is reported to have some compatibility issues with xcelcius. Kindly post the screenshots for us to understand your problem correctly.

Hi Siva,

have you tried reinstalling MSoffice as well with the same?

please send us error screen shot and ms office and xcelsius versions.

also o/s and version, and machine spec can play a part in this.

also runtime framework / addins / updates can cause program terminations

Have you checked the version which you have installed kindly check whether you have the latest patch installed or not  if it isn't then download and install the same as it is available free at service marketplace.

Can you tell me what version of Xcelsius you have installed , It might be your version installed problem .
