reg - code trasported from dev to quality

hi all,

we have enhanced one component BP_ADDR and redefined few methods and added few methods. after doing unit testing and we have released the TR to th quality system where code is not working as expected.

when i look at the code, everything seems to be fine and did remote comparsion also. i could not find any difference in the code. right now i dont have authorizations to debug the code in the quality and system and will take few days to get those authorizations.

mean while, i am looking for any another reasons or ways to find out why the same code is not working in quality which is working fine in the dev system. there is one method in my code which actually consists main logic. when i executed it alone in SAP GUI, it is giving correct result but from web ui , it is not.

kinldy response if there are other ways or anything is needed in whole scenario.

    Hi Praveen,

just a guess, may be some of the components what you have developed , be present in some other TR ( ex: may be table and data element is present in one TR and domain is stored in some other TR).

just check whether all the business components what you have developed is present in the same TR what you have released.

Also there may be a chance that you would have saved anything in the Local objects, it may also cause problems.

or go to SE39 TCode and provide the RFC destination of the quality system and provide the program name and compare the code.

also check whether all the components you have developed are active.

    Regards
