QM Inspection Charecterstics multiple result entry for same char & Same lot

Hi,

I Created one lot having charecterstic called Thickness. & i want to enter multiple result for same charecterstics in the same lot.

For example:- Thickness having lower limit of 5 & upper limit of 10.

but when i am entering the result i have 3 thickness on same recording like 4micron, 4.02micron & 4.025 micron. at different level of same Plate.

i want to enter all the result at same screen like 1   4.02

                                                                            2   4

                                                                            3   4.025

        Please tick on single results instead of summarized recording & tick on record measured value in your control indicators for required MIC.

HI..

there is Bit confusion.

If you have given uper and ower limit then system only alows you to enter one result ( as you have measured one dimention only),. if you want to record all results ( all the readings you hv taken while measurment) then.

In inpection plan add the same charachteristic 3 times.

How is the MIC set up?

You can set it up with the control indicator set as "individual results" with "no scope" and reocrd as many results as you want for the characteristic.  The UD screen will show the average of the three as will the batch record if you are batch managed.

You could also set the scope to fixed scope ans assign a sampling procedure that calls for 3 samples.  In that case you have to record exactly three values.
