Hello,
I 've got a problem.
I am trying to track every project modification using cn60.
It works for WBS modifications but it doesn't for Project Definition modifications.
I have check the indicator in the project profile and at the data element level.
Any clue about his issue?
Thanks.

Hi,
If you have activated change documents in project profile, please check if the tick is in project profile on the right side. Tik should not be under the status management section
Provided you are having correct tikmark in project profile, then can you go into a project. You can subsequently do changes in master data field. You can then save and then run CN60 to check changes.
Also ensure that Project is released as change documents are not displayed for either created or deleted objects.

Hi Jose,
Please confirm if change documents have been activated after creation of project.
Also check if changes in Project definition are carried out in CJ20N...
Additionally, please refer SAP Note 325459 - Change documents in information system

Hi,
What's the system status of the project? CN60 will work on REL status only.
Alternatively, Check table CDPOS(In SE16) > Enter table PROJ in the field of "Table Name" >Enter project object number in the respective object number field.
check if it works.
OR
Check program RBSVCDOC in SE38 by entering the project object number to track the changes with check box show all selected.

Tanks a lot.
Very useful your answer.
I've seen that in CDPOS there are many changes with table name PROJ.
However, right now it does not work.Changes over PRPS table still work but it doesn't at a project definition PROJ
.
So, this is the test i've done. I've selected a change in CDPOS and I have change the same project definition. Previously I've checked the status at a project definition level and the Business Process Create change document is green. I´'ve done the same change in the same project definition and it does not work now.
Could it be something related to transaction SCDO? Should I generate update program? Is there any check in the table PROJ?
Hi Jose,
Please check with ABAPer that why the system is not pulling the fields correspond to the data object-id PRJ AB/XX/- in the t-code CN60. It seems some settings or missing connection due to which system is not pulling the data relevant to change correspond to table PROJ.
I am checking from my end.
Regards
Ankur
