Smartform problem - print extra page

Hi SAP All,

i have created a PO smartform there is  firstly 2 secondary windows ( one for Company LOGO and second for Company Address ) and  main window in page 1 .

There is sufficient space to display the data in the first page But still second page display with Company LOGO and address.

I need to display data in single page if there is sufficient space in the first page.

Guide me....

Saurabh,

Check the other windows/texts/fields after the line items are printed. Furthre check if the data in other windows after the main window is also printed or blank. You can put the conditions that if that parameter is not blank, then only print that data. This will help you in reducing the printing elements/windows.

In your case, it may be possible that there are some blank texts or windows that are getting printed and capturing the space, resulting in the text overflow to other page.

Hello Saurabh,

You mean to say only company logo and address is printing on second page but no Main Window data?

If yes then select option in window logo and Address to print only on first page or select page from drop down list.

By any chance, did u created a second page in smartform? If yes then please delete it, if its not required.

HI,

what data you have miatain in main window, If main window  data not fit for 1st page  ,it will print in 2nd page.

Use some option like ADDITION EVENTS in main windows like 'PRINT ONLY ON 1st PAGE'.

Hi,

data is about the Mateial Line item and Terms & condition In the Main Window and in my  2 secondary window of SF for  Company LOGO and Address.

I want po print  in A4 size paper ( like Laser printer ) so i am design SF, display company logo and address in every page.

full  sufficient data is capturing  in first page but one addition page also printed in which only display company logo and address .

so i want second page  is not display if there is sufficient space in the first page . and if no sufficient space in first page then showing second page with company logo and address.

I hope because of allignment your facing problem.

I hope you have created 1 page ,Go to Secondary window -> conditions-> only after main window( tick Checkbox ) ,hence contents of secondary window display after main window data display.

If main window data contains enough data for 1st page then logo  will print in 2nd.

If main window not contains  enough 1st page itself it will diplay data.

revert back for any help.
