Hello all,
We are using BSP application to show the webtemplates, developed in WAD.
Today suddenly when access the reports via BSP application.
i am getting the error: "You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied." "HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Internet Explorer"
Could you explain me what is the possible reason for this error.
Regards,
Ravi
Hi Ravi,
do you use SingleSignOn? In this case call transaction sso2, check ABAP-Server, enter "NONE" for the RFC destination and click on "Execute". Maybe your certificates are out of date. There you can see if you have a general problem. With transaction strust you can have a look at your certificates and the validity period.
Hoping this helps (it is only a guess)
Regards,
Rainer

Hi Ravi,
This is definitely authorization's problem, your system admin or basis admin must have removed your authorization to access that reports. Plz contact your basis team they will be in a better position to help you.

Hi Ravi,
To know the actual error, please goto :-
Tools->options->advanced and there uncheck
"show friendly http error messages ".
Then it would be easier to figure out the exact error .
On the other hand u can also check if u have supplied
an anonymous user in SICF that might not have the
SAP_ALL authorization.
Hope it'll help u.
Thanks & Regards,
Ankur
Hi Ravi,
check with transaction sicf that the service for the BSP application is active and has the correct setup for logon data. I would also check the common services given in note 517484.
