Enabling 'edit' option under Data access-> Data Providers in Web intelligence

Hi,

I want to enable the edit button falling under Data access-> Data Providers in Web Intelligence, Business Objects. This option gets enabled only for Administrators, but I don't want to use this option. I want to enable this without giving Admin rights to user.

I have set the right access levels and user security in CMC but still not working. Please refer snapshot below..

Please help with missing settings here.
