Make AS01 mandatory from CJ02

Dear all,

On screen CJ02, after selecting a WBS (which is Technically closed - TECO), I go to Extras -> Create Completed Asset. On this sub-screen, I want to make the button <Additional Data> mandatory because an AMR should be created at this stage. How do I make sure the user does not exit this screen without clicking on the <Additional Data> button and thus creating the AMR on AS01?

Hi,

I am not sure if you can make the actual botton mandatory, I don't think you can. However, you can make fields manatory (as required fields) in the screen layout for the asset master which will maybe help in this case.

Or you maybe able to create a validation that will make the user aware.
