Crystal report selection formula

hi all, i have a problem with crystal report selection formula i create add-ons and i install this on PC's client.

in this add-ons i have a selection formula.

when i want to print my report crystal report give me a message "{_filename.U_fieldname} = 1" --- name of field unknown can you help me?
