hi dears,
I have a problem in my PROD client. Now want to change "Hire" action to "rehire". Have you any idea except LSMW? I want find standard report.

No there isn't a standard report for that. You can try editing table PA0000 manually though...

When I change one action to another, changes 0302 IT only. I want to change 0000 IT. How can?
You cannot change the action manually I think.
You can try updating table PA0000 manually via transaction SE16N.
Change field MASSN, this contains the type of action.

It's not something I would advice either in this case since's the action data is important.
The legal way is to delete the personnel numbers and recreate them again with the right action type I'm afraid...
what do you think: if I delete correspond record of IT0001 can I change action type?
