Life Cycle of an SAP Project

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and this is my first query. Do anyone here help me out in identifying the different phases of an SAP Project areawise like Reports, Enhancement, Conversion, Interface etc?.

Say for eg if we take enhancement the different phases could be

1. GAP Analysis

2. Identifying the enhancements provided by SAP...

3. ...

Hope you understand what i am looking for. Actually i need to create a project plan.
