This mean that when the environment was copied, it did not get copied properly. Do you have the standard planning, consolidation, rate, ownership models which are directly copied from environmentshell? If yes, then do you get the problem in these models or only the custom models?
Can you please, just to test, create another copy of the environmentshell, and see if the problem persists in that or not?
