Unable to access the Web server. (MUI - 10039)

Error while logging in into Information Steward.

Referred SAP Note#1728215 and all the services in Enterprise Information Management Services are in Enabled state.

We have two servers (say A & B) under active cluster and when it hits the Server A while loging in, the error pops up.

    Hi Rama,

There could be many reasons for this error, can you first clarify the following:

    1. The exact versions used for BI/DS/IS? was it an upgrade?
    2. You mentioned active cluster do you mean the CMS is in cluster? If so can you please stop all the servers (including the cms) belonging to node B and login to system A by name. If this fails also stop all the servers belonging to B and leave node A started and try again. I want to identify which node that could be causing the issue.
    3. Verify also the FRS input filestore if you have missing content.
    4. In the CMC > application >information Steward. Do you see the repository configured?

Stop web application server (tomcat/weblogic etc.,) and delete the cache(localhost folder) in case of tomcat - Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Tomcat6\work\Catalina.

Start the web application server. It should resolve the issue.

I am running on BIP 4 SP4 + BODS SP3 + BOIS SP3 and faced the same issue last week and this week which resolved with tomcat cache deletion.

Please let me know if it helps.
