EP 7.31 - Errors after transporting WPC content and Configuration objects.

Hi Forum,

I have developed some custom WPC WebForms (on EP 7.3 Ehp1  i.e. 7.31 SP004) and they are working fine on Sandbox. Then, transported from Sandbox to Dev.

Portal conent (iViews and WPC templates)                      ------------  Using Portal Transport Package (xxxxx.epa)

KM Conent    (supporting images & XSL, XML, CSS)        ------------  Using KM Export  (xxxx.kmc)

WPC Config Objects (WebContent types, Web Resource Types, Document Styles, XML Document Types etc...)  ------------- Using Content Management ----> Actions ---> Export  (xxxxx.configarchive)

After transport on the target (Dev) system the WPC conent is not getting displayed and I am seeing errors instead of Webforms content in the WPC Page.

I tried, re-publishing the page with no luck. When I created a new page and try to to place wpc web-form on to it (including standard forms like Banner, Article) the form editor is reporting WebContentType not found though all the webcontent types, resource types

Checked the thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3220608 and I can only find the "EditorTool" at a different path "System Administration -> Permissions ->Security Zones -> sap.com ->netweaver.kmc-->low-safety-->com.sap.nw.pcc.xmleditor-->components-->EditorTool" and changed the permissions as mentioned in the thread and this didn't work.

Checked the SAP Note 1710848 and the error is not relavent.
