Header text copy from PO to SO and then PO

Hi All,

We are creating a PO in our SAP F1B system and then that PO is triggering an outbound idoc and this outbound idoc is triggering a sales order in the same SAP F1B system.

Standard FM are used to create SO from PO as said above.

Now after the SO is created from PO, a purchase requisition is created in SO which in turn is again converted into a PO.

So our cycle is PO, then SO, then PR and then again PO with ref to PR.

1 ) we have defined a new header text F23 in 1st PO and we want to pass this text id F23 to SO. how to do that ?

2) after the above F23 is passed to SO, we want F23 to be passed to PR , so that F23 is also passed to 2nd  PO created with ref to PR. How to achieve this ?

Hi Pamela ,

For Question 1:

I hope you should have some segment for capturing the Text in the Idoc. Then using user-exit, establish the mapping between PO ID and SO ID so that it can pick the right text id and update in the SO.

For Question 2:

You have to go for the enhancement.Are you using TAB or TAS to create the PR from Sales Order? If not, it doesn't make sense to transfer the text to PR.

To transfer the text from PR to PO, check with MM consultant. There should be standard process to do it.
