Hi all ,
I am working in SAP HCM and need an enhancement for Time validation which will be done on EHP 6 portal .
When anyone logs in on the portal as an ESS , in the team calender he should not be able to view 2 leave types of his team members , however as a manager he should be able to see the leaves of all his team members .
is there any enhancement or configuration for the same ?
Please note : I am on EHP6 version of portal and R3

You can use Badi PT_ABS_REQ, read the documenation of it and there are certain methods for this type of scenario to filter

you can create different rule groupings for that maybe.
Rule grouping for manager and rule grouping for employees.
You can than assign more leave types to the rule grouping of the manager
