Error while importing Universe

Hi, I get the following error message while trying to import a Universe into WEBI - Unknown Error in SL Service (WIS 00000). The Universe is created using IDT. We are using the following version of WEBI - Version 14.0.4, Build 738.

what is the data source database type and version?

and what connectivity are you using?

HI, the Universe is based on a HANA calculation view. We are on SP3 on HANA. The connection is a relational connection created in IDT. Thanks,

I suggest you to open a CSS message , can be a complicated investigation and the forum wouldn't be the appropriate channel.
