New to SAP HR - needs tutorials, ebooks about implementation :)

Hi guys,

I have been with a company for almost a year that specializes SAP HR/HCM module and sometimes I am confused when in terms of the cycle of Implementation. I only know PA and OM and I want to learn more about SAP HCM. Where can I get downloadable materials for reading purposes to help me gain more knowledge. I want to be part of Implementation/onboarding someday, I am currently supporting SAP for a client. THank you.

Search the web, as there are lots of documents (and references to documents) on this site and on other sites. Some good ones are in the Wikis on this site and in the help.sap.com site, but there are also some other gems elsewhere. And don't forget www.sap-press.com/ .
