Sales forecasting in SOP

Hi

I have a scenerio.

My client wants that for next month sales forecasting in sales and operation planning system should consider the average of last four month historical sales value and forecast 15% more than the average of last four month in sales and operationnal planning.

Then they will do production planning sysncronous to sales planning.

I will appreciate if anybody can guide me how to map this.
