SAP DR Site

Hello,

We are planning to create a DR site for our ECC 6.0 production server on MSSQL. Currently our OS is Win Server 2008 and our DR server has Windows Server 2008 R2.

Is it required to upgrade our production server to R2 or is ok with the difference in release.

As far as I know they are both supported. Having said that I would try if possible to have them both the same version for the sake of uniformity.
